Return and Exchange Policy

All garments unless otherwise stated in our Return and Exchange Policy, may be returned for either a refund or an exchange, within 14 days from the date that the merchandise was delivered to you. You must notify us by email upon receiving your order if you wish to return merchandise for a refund or an exchange as stated in our Return and Exchange Policy. To better serve you, Returns are only handled via email, to reduce any chance of processing errors.

Please note that when you exchange an item, the factory will only exchange an item for equal or greater merchandise value. If the exchange items are of lesser value than the returned items the factory will not refund or credit you, or us back, and the difference may not be applied to the shipping and handling, since we are charged for the shipping and handling of the exchange items delivered to you.

Returns that are received without a valid Return Authorization Number and to the incorrect Return Address Location and without a Factory Pre-Filled Exchange Form will be Refused and Returned to you at your expense.

Return Instructions


How to exchange an item: (1) Email us the name and address on your order. (2) Indicate in your email the merchandise you are returning and a short reason for the return. (3) Give us the style number, color and size of the item you would like in exchange (4) We will then email you an invoice to pay the Exchange Ground Shipping and Processing plus any additional cost if the item you want in exchange is more in price than the item you are returning. (If you want a faster Shipping and Delivery Service for your Exchange Order please indicate in your email the service you would prefer which you may select from our shipping page). (5) As soon as you pay the invoice we will email you a Factory Pre-Filled Exchange Form to print out, enclose in your returning package and mail at your expense to the Factory Address on the Exchange Form. Your exchange package must reach the factory no later than 14 days from the date that the merchandise was delivered to you using a verifiable ship method with tracking. (6) You must also enclose the original packaging slip you received with your order. (7) Upon receiving your return merchandise, as long as the item you are returning is in the same condition as described in our Return and Exchange Policy, the factory will ship the exchange merchandise to you. (8) If the condition of the item you return does not conform to our Return and Exchange Policy Guidelines, the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.

How to return a refundable item: (1) Email us the name and address on your order. (2) Indicate in your email the merchandise you are returning and a short reason for the return. (3) A Return Authorization Number (RAN), the Address where to return your merchandise and a Merchandise Return Form will be emailed to you. (4) Upon receiving your returned merchandise, a refund in the amount you paid for the returned merchandise, less shipping and handling charges, and less a 25% restocking fee, will be refunded. If you received free shipping with your purchase a $13 shipping and handling charge will be deducted from your refund amount. (5) If the condition of the item you return does not conform to our Return and Exchange Guidelines, the merchandise returned will be shipped back to you at your expense.


Return and Exchange Policy Guidelines

Returned merchandise must be in New, Unwashed and Unused Condition, and in the same original packaging. Merchandise must have all original tags and nylon fastener attachments attached to it, and tags must be un-altered, and not disconnected cut or damaged. Once the tags are removed, the merchandise is yours. No exceptions. We will Not Accept Returns of merchandise with obvious signs of use, laundered, mishandled, abused, wadded up, soiled, smells of body odor, perfume, pet hair, stains or any other foreign odors, if the merchandise is damaged while in your possession, or the hygienic liner or protective strip has been removed. All garments are thoroughly inspected before leaving the factory to make sure that your garment is not damaged when you receive it. Since swimwear is delicate in nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed, so please inspect your order as soon as you take the item out of its packaging and before you try the product on.

BIKINIS, SWIMSUIT TOPS, SWIMSUIT BOTTOMS, ONE PIECE AND TWO PIECE SWIMSUITS, are returnable for an exchange only. THONG BIKINI BOTTOMS, TONGA BIKINI BOTTOMS and G STRING BIKINI BOTTOMS, NON COVERAGE BOTTOMS, PARTIAL COVERAGE BOTTOMS, TONGA, THONG and G STRING SWIMSUITS and CLEARANCE ITEMS, BIKINI BANDS, TANNING PRODUCTS, COSMETICS and SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS, due to Health Regulations and to protect the consumer, and because they may have been tried on, worn, soiled or removed from their package are final sales. If an item in your order is received incorrectly or has a manufacturing defect upon receiving your order you will receive the option to exchange only. No refunds will be issued. If an exact replacement is not available, you may select a similar item of equal value. This also pertains to exchange orders that reach the factory and the item you request is sold out. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you at your expense as posted on our shipping page.

Shipping charges for returns will be at the customer's expense both ways. Shipping and Handling is a Service and is never refundable once rendered.

We will not be responsible if the merchandise you ship back to us is lost in the mail. We strongly recommend that you use certified or insured mail, with a tracking number or delivery confirmation, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail.

If we ship a package to you and it comes back to us either as "Refused" "Unclaimed" "Undeliverable" or needs to be "Redirected" due to a bad shipping address that was provided by the customer, you will have a choice of either receiving a refund for your purchase less shipping and handling charges, plus any return shipping charges, and a 25% restocking fee will be incurred for each item you have ordered. Also, if you received free shipping with your purchase a $13 shipping and handling charge will apply. Otherwise, you may choose to have us re-ship the package back to you at your expense. Once you pay the shipping payment invoice we email to you, we will re-ship your merchandise back to you.

Due to the delicate makeup of swimwear products, please return these items in a protective box to insure a refund or an exchange. If we receive your returned merchandise in a damaged state due to bad packaging or due to the fault of your carrier, then you will need to collect damages from the carrier in question, assuming you shipped the package to us insured. We will not be able to issue a refund or an exchange in this situation.

Once the shipping carrier drops off your package with tracking information, at the address you give us on your order, we are no longer responsible for your package, the ownership of the package is turned over to you the buyer. If you are not going to be home, we recommend that you leave a note on your front door for the driver, with your name and the tracking number of the package, and instructions, to deliver your package on a date and time when someone will be home. We will not be held responsible under any circumstances for delays in delivery of your purchased merchandise and any associated damages, due to delays in carrier delivery, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, floods, fire, civil disobedience, lockouts, strikes, freight embargoes and acts of federal, state or local government.

Store Credits issued up until 12-31-2010 are good for one year from date of issue. After one year the store credit is no longer valid and cannot be used. We no longer issue store credits.

Hot tubs, swimming pools, prolonged periods of sun exposure and suntan lotions may cause fading to your bathing suits, yellowing or stains may develop on your swimsuits. These situations are not considered defects and, therefore, bathing suits may not be returned for any of these mentioned reasons. Once the tags are removed from bathing suits, cover-ups and clothing they may not be returned for any reason whatsoever. Since swimwear is delicate in nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed.

Due to the variations in screen resolutions, the actual colors may look different. Due to the layout of the fabrics, the placement of prints may differ from the images on our web site and thus, are not considered defective or a misrepresentation of the actual item(s) shipped to you.

All authorized returns that meet our Return and Exchange Policy set forth above will result in a refund or an exchange as stated in our Return and Exchange Policy.

Order Changes

You may request an order change, without penalty, as long as your order has not already been processed, packaged or shipped. Please email us to make any changes to your order, within a few hours after you have placed your order. We typically begin to process your order within a 3 hour time frame in order to expedite your purchase order in a timely manner. Please, always have all your order information when you email us, and be clear on the changes you would like to have done to your purchase order.  We will do our very best to stop your order at whatever stage it is in, assuming it has not already been shipped.

If your purchase order has already been processed, packaged or shipped, then the order changes will be considered as a merchandise return.

Thus, all restocking fees will apply.

If your package has already been shipped, then all shipping charges are not refundable.

Order Cancellations

You may request an immediate order cancellation, as long as your order has not already been processed, packaged or shipped. Please email us if you would like to cancel your order, within a few hours after you have placed your order. We typically begin to process your order within a 3 hour time frame in order to expedite your purchase order in a timely manner. Please, always have all your order information when you email us, to cancel your order.  We will do our very best to stop your order at whatever stage it is in, and cancel your order per your request, assuming it has not already been shipped.
